Trending @Accenture; Some part ofy salary on hold since 1 Month

Hi Accenture, I'm an Ex-Emplooye of Accenture separated on 26 Feb'24 . I didn't receive my complete full and final amount and the same I raised with HR . Since 29 Feb i'm reaching to HR,MYTE and Payroll team. They Identified the issue as HR confirmed over email and they were pending with some approvals as She said. but still my amount not received. HR sharing update only over email not confirming date by when they credit my rest of salary. Even Now they stop replying over email
