Some Managers are Ba**@rds

I worked for an account for an year and role promised to me was given to someone else. I took release from the account but was called back for the same role promised again , but again to get a short term project they needed my experience and pushed me into it.

Was given a team of bpo people to complete the project which we did. But then when I rejected the rating, the manager tried to give excuses like I was taking 2 wfo exceptions in a month which was more as per him during discussion.

I was told not reject rating again and was told that they would initiate promotion in Aug cycle (this happened in June)

But considering the amount of efforts given the given band was not satisfactory so I rejected it again saying the discussion was not satisfactory.

I was then without any discussion released back to RMG and maybe put on fluidity list as well.

I cleared client interview for another project under that same unit, but approvals were delayed with made up reasons.

So I chose to proceed with another account whose odc was very far, but considering the situation I had to accept it.

While working for this account, almost 4 months later I got a call from my previous account manager.

He called and without even saying Hi or Hello, He said I need details on that short term project which I handled for their account.

They didnt even knew what work was done in that project neither could they get those details from any of the team members from that project.

So I just told what testing was done and details about it and that shameless mgr said can you be little slow I am typing all the details.

I said fine if you need I will drop the details in a mail, He said I need details urgently you can just say on call for him to type everything. I still that its better I sent details in a mail straight away.

He didnt even had the basic manners to ask if I was free and not working on any urgent task. He said you send the details straightaway as he needs to send it urgently.

I dropped them a mail with complete details and that ba**@rd did not even replied with a simple thank you or not even any acknowledgement.
