Some advice for my sister's career

My elder sister is working as a teacher for around 8 years and has extremely low pay comparable to what freshers get in the IT companies. I wanted her to get into the IT sector but is there any possibility ? She has done MCA and has the basic knowledge about softwares.

Wahi toh bhai, teacher ki retirement age 58 or 60 hoti hai, job jaane ki bhi koi tension nhi.
It will be difficult to get in Service based and Product based companies due to gap. She can try in startup.
Edtech is best suited option. I had a teacher in my school now he is some associate director in a major edtech company.
Maybe she can change the school where pay is better and side by side she can teach in any coaching class online or offline.
Yes, but can she enter any IT job role ? She is confused as to which role should be opted !
