Trending @Infosys; Solution for my issue

Hi everyone,

I joined Infosys about a year ago as a Consultant in a Scrum Master role. I come from a QA background and was promoted to Scrum Master in my previous organization, where I gained 3 years of experience in that position.

However, after joining Infosys, I was offered a Lead Tester role involving some individual contributor responsibilities—likely due to my skill set. Coming from a startup environment, I wasn’t fully aware of the option to decline project roles.

Now, I’m looking to transition back into a dedicated Scrum Master position within Infosys. I’d appreciate any guidance on the available pathways or internal processes to make this move.
