Can anyone know what will be promotion , hikes related to it

It's just a role renaming because IVS unit got renamed to IQE. You will be technically on same JL3. No promotion and hike.

Is this mail only received to 1.6yrs exp test engineer employess ? Or to everyone ? Like i wanted to know that for system engrr they get senior system engrr inn2 yrs...like wise is ivs has introduced software quality engrr in 1.6yrs ?

It's not related to any years of experience. All the test engineers in IVS unit should have undergone this role renaming process.
