Software is nothing but betrayal
Today I was asked to resign just because the project stopped in between....and the reason they told me there was no budget from the project and they have the audacity to keep the people who played the whole time in the project.....if I ask why I should resign without my mistake they are simply showing the HR policy....where i should put that policy.....it's just very dumb and insensitive....I know many of you went through this but the situation I am in and the company just showing policies will not help THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT THEIR POLICIES ARE NOT GOING TO PAY MY EMIs AND PROTECT MY HEALTH FROM ALL THE STRESS.

But you already know that it's not their problem neither their responsibility to pay your emis.. right?
It's best to move from such an environment, for sure you would be getting severance of two months, spend that time to upskill and then apply
