Hello guys. I am really confused with both of these topics about which one to choose , I am changing my career domine , currently working as automation engineer, having a thought to shift data scientist role but due to Chat gpt and other AI tools I feel data science role might not available for future . Need your help , which field I should choose for secure future.

You have to clear a lot of things

  1. There is no secure future or present anywhere
  2. Chat gpt /A.I will not take any software job in next 5 years at least. Leave this topic for 2028. Let intelligent people handle this. @AGIComing will add more
  3. You are a heavy procrastinator. Get started. Software skills are transferable SWE and DS both use python. Start with something.
