Software engineering job in gulf
I want to get a job in Gulf region, especially in UAE,either I am not getting call or They are offering very less salary around 20 K AED. So please guide me Having eight years of experience as a Java full stack developer, and getting 36 LPA CTC.should I try to get a remote job also or onsite job will be best to get a good salary. totally confused on this in this unstable market I don’t want to join any company blindly

20k AED is pretty decent for a foot in the door. Not great, but not bad either. Interview, negotiate a little higher, and go there.
Remember, 30k AED/months means you'll be eligible for 5yr golden visa as well. That's not v far.
But those are contract basis and even learning curve is also not that much good with that 20 K, so that’s why I am expecting a good salary at least

I am able to save only 1.3L after my expenses, but in Dubai, I can manage to save at least 3 lakhs as my friend suggested if I get around 30 KAED per month.
Let me know the how did you search job in gulf from india. Any best practices?
