Software engineer vs system integration test
I am a software engineer with 2+ years of experience. I have been approached by an Apple recruiter for system Integration test engineer role. Is it worth giving a shot and if I get the offer, should I join or not?
current CTC is 19 LPA offers in hand is 35 LPA as sde only

I just have near 1 year experience but from what I got to know from people is testing career progression stops at lead qe that's it. Max 20 years as individual contributor. You won't get any project/system building exposure (no principal engineer role for you)very limited management positions for Test engineers progression. So you have to switch from test roles at some point in your career if you want to work till your retirement of 55yrs
