Software engineer, need gstin for online selling

I'm a software developer, but I love to paint as well. In order to set up my shop on any online platform, I need gstin, will there be any issue of moonlighting if I just register as an individual/proprietary?

I think it can be problematic coz one person I knew registered in the name of his wife. To avoid that moonlighting issue.
You can do one thing do it on ur mother's name.

Oh ok, but my mother is not having a property/electricity bill or anything on her name, any idea on what documents can be enough for getting a GST number. Will domicile certificate work?
