Soft skills in consulting

I've been in consulting for a bit now, and one thing that's really stood out to me is how much we hype up technical skills when we're hiring. But honestly, once you're in the thick of it, soft skills like communication and managing stakeholders are just as imp. Yet, it seems like during interviews, we're still stuck on case studies and the technical grind.
