Hello everyone ,

I need some inputs from you all guys.

I am trying to work on my communication skills. I could manage to talk. But in the meetings and all I'm getting nervous, not even opening my mouth. I feel very bad about this. I have 6+ years of experience in the industry. But still I have the fear of communicating in the meetings. Sometimes I am hiding out from meetings.

I would like to be a confident speaker. Planning to join soft skills institute, will it work?

And need your suggestions please.
