Help me understand guys, with most of us shifting to New tax regime, why would any one opt for Sodexo/Zeta anymore?

Or am I missing a trick here

What will happen if you don't use the amount in card fully before leaving the organisation

Nothing will happen …. It’s not tied to your organization. You can use it as long as you want until the card expiry date. Even after that if you have balance in your card, you will get a new card will extended date.

Aren't these tax free? Instead of losing some amount in tax, you get the full amount to use if I'm not mistaken
