Every candidate deserves a response from HR ?
Even after clearing assignments, interviews why it's so hard for HR's to respond? I don't care if I am selected or not but I want the feedback if I didn't make it.
Nobody likes to tell no to someone. It's just a human/Indian mentality. Rejecting someone takes cojones.
It does not work at scale. People turn hostile.
Because its unnecessary. at lower end of hierarchy , people are just resources. Demand supply economics is not in our favour. Imagine your normal shopping week end or a high value purchase like car, we visit multiple shops check prices, and then you finalize the deal. Once done, we dont call others to inform them . Same story.
HR also are busy with theirs rangolis/.... so no time.
well they should atleast reply when a follow up email will be sent 🤔
They enjoy it! Sadistic but true
Saving the cost of emails 💀
That’s called ghosting bro!
Cuz they are HRs
They're just entitled and not compassionate or professional enough.
Any company that ghosts you is a bullet avoided. Speaks very clearly of the value afforded to humans working there ..
Indian he practices are just bad. Every foreign hr sends this. An automated mail isn't hard but they have no courtesy here

I went through multiple rounds of interview for a PM role. Been a week now and nothing from the HR. Dropped an email and WhatsApp but to no avail. Any reason they do like this? Is it ok to keep my hopes on or jus chuck them.?
Gave interview last week. Final round completed on Thursday and got back a call from hr on Friday asking about NP but due to some issue she said she will call back. No contact after that.
