So QVA is 💩 again ?

So how bad is TCS performing in reality? Does the QVA really reflect that ? Because I don't think continuously getting below 50% should be the case ideally. Any insights colleagues?

Don't bother asking about xyz indexes and bands. They are taken care of. The QVA is still 💩💩💩

QVA's been a sore spot for many, and yes, it doesn't always reflect individual performance accurately. It's a mix of unit performance and other factors, so don't stress too much.
