After SO is created for SA how much time it takes for Approval process and promotion?

You will receive an email , in that mail they will give all the promotion details.. if that mail comes in may before 15 then promotion will be effective from June.. max it will take july not more than that

SO is created but my HM said it needs many Approvals more?so how much days it takes for this process
