So if we are not compliant to RTO, automatically band goes to C?

Anyone got C band due to RTO not compliant? Doesnt matter of manager gives A.

As far I am aware, you will get one level down. Like they have given A you will get B

Are you sure about this? Because many people have not received their Band. Could be because of RTO compliance issue.

It goes straight to C, no matter what your manager put in. Just sharing from my experience.
