Trending @Capgemini; So Happy after Resignation.
Its not worth to continue here after not getting a penny for our hard work and waiting for months and months for promotion. They are literally exploiting us. They are earning from our hardwork but they don't wanna give us any share.
Finally decided to resign on 1st April and hoping not to join a service based company like CG.

Do you have other offers in hand as of now?

Not yet. But interview is inprogress. From my experience I can say that "Most of the company's are not willing to wait for 90 days. Another issue is If theyare willing to wait then whats the guarantee that we wont join some other org ". So long story short, Im taking up this risk hoping i'll get a offer during my notice period

I too resigned on April 1st.. And I agree, companies are not ready to go further on the candidate who has 90 days of notice period. I'm also taking risks and hope we will get a good one soon

What if one has offer in hand. Seems early release is not possible... What if one doesn't serve notice? They can't legally hold an employee for 90 days ?
