So disappointed with Accenture's recruitment process
I am really disappointed with the Accenture recruitment process. I will tell you the whole story.
Firstly my first round was scheduled on 8th Oct 2024 and after that I got a call from Hr to upload basic documents on the portal and update the contact details. I did that. After that no update was given to me for the same, then I contacted the helpline for recruitment query about my application and then only I got to know that the position is filled for which I have given the first round of interview on 8th Oct(which was not conveyed to me from the recruitment team).
Again my first round was scheduled for 3 pm on 18th oct. HR kept reminding me to join the call on time and not to reschedule and I joined the interview link even 10 min before.I waited till 3:30 pm. No one had joined the call and at 3:30 only I got mail from HR to drop the call as the panel was not responding.
I think these guys are not in sync properly. They keep reminding the candidate about joining the interview but at the same time not taking the follow ups with the panel if he/she is available for the interview or not and even not informing the candidate during the interview time also.
Really disappointed!

I have also given an interview on 11th October. After that interview I got an call from Accenture HR and they said to upload basic document now they are saying they have some technical issue that's why they are not releasing offer letter though I am getting call from Accenture employee who wants to on board me in their Walmart project.
They are not at all in the sync no one I mean without creating employee ID without joining candidates in your organisation how you will get candidate profile for on boarding in your projects.
Now I am afraid if I even get selected and get the offer letter then they could say in future that the offer letter is revoked due to some issues.
I had a similar experience. In my case, the interview was rescheduled at least 10 times. After the first round was finally completed (which took a month because the interviewer kept not showing up), they scheduled the managerial round on a Saturday and released the offer by Monday. However, the compensation was finalized without any negotiation, the location was chosen at random, and the notice period for the date of joining was set to 60 days, even though I clearly informed them that I needed 90 days. Now, they are not responding to my emails and have completely ghosted me
Exactly similar happened with me as well Some of my friends has same experience as well At this point I doubt they might be just training their recruiting team using us as subject

Accenture has been doing this for a long time. I was randomly applying for multiple positions on Naukri, not that I wanted to switch since I got a really good project in TCS that's suitable for my skillset (Python). First round Accenture scheduled (Feb, 2024), the interviewer didn't join, again it was scheduled a month later and interviewer didn't join. I dropped an email to candate queries portal. After that, they kept contacting me almost every 2weeks until in October they scheduled a call for position of Application Lead. I cleared first round (technical). 2nd round was managerial round, since I didn't have experience as a lead, that interview didn't go well, and of course I wasn't selected (didn't hear from them so that's my assumption).
But I never applied for Application lead position, they themselves told me that Python related tech position is filled so they're considering me for Application lead.
From March till October, everytime they contacted for an interview, their candidate portal never showed any slot available, and no response from HR or candidate queries team regarding the same.
Even top product based companies don't pull shit like this. Either I am selected or not, atleast communicate.
In fact, in the March interview, I later came to know that the person who was supposed to take it wasn't even informed, just looped in on mail.
Without reading your whole story I can agree it’s disappointing and it’s almost same with TCS , Capgemin and other few companies
I cleared their interview. HR told to submit the document and they will send the offer letter. I never got the offer letter. This happened twice to me can you imagine. From them on I never entertain their HRs whenever they call for vacancy
