So difficult to work in this regime of constant threats
Every call with leadership starts and ends with threats and dire consequences of off-boarding and firing. 40+ folks are especially vulnerable. This makes a person depressed and that has implications in all spheres of life, including mental and physical health. Even my family members are worried about sudden job loss and imminent after effects.
One message to all tensed people about layoffs
Start looking for opportunities outside ,god has better plan for you & great opportunities are waiting 💯
Be loyal to your life partner & family ,not to IT companies.
Yes in every call and mail it is threat only. Do this, don't to that, be compliant, learning hrs are being tracked, office hrs are being tracked. Looking like fucking concentration camp and it is suffocating.
So do not work ...why take tension ..stop working
Quality assurance is the most affected in the layoff.
