Trending @Accenture; So a person from poland who got promoted last year as TL is again promoted to AM this cycle. But not us waiting from last 3 years . Unfair??

The person just became TL last year with less experience that was a shocker in team now again AM i have more experience than that person but was given reasons no one is getting promoted in india no hike this time

So so true - when my manage told its zero percent hike and mo promotion i dint even reacted because he kept saying no one got no one got and then boom this person updated on linkedln promoted to AM this was more hurtful. Can even resign market is so tight not much matching jobs 😭😭😭
