SMTS Offer in Oracle Health

Hi all,

Recently got an offer for Senior Member of Technical Staff in oracle health. Total exp: 3.5 years

Wanted to know few things from community.

1. How is the WLB in Oracle Health?
2. How is the overall project? Is it new/matured? Work quality? Tech stack?
3. Is it hybrid or WFH?
4. Which office location they generally mention in offer letter?
5. Layoffs related news if any?
6. What if I accept the offer and don't join? Will there be any consequences?

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated.
