Trending @Capgemini; SMT ID suspended due to regular shift
Like seriously, I live 40km away from office, go at 4 am from cab and reach home at 6pm. Now the transport team has suspended my id so I can’t book cab even though my project code is there. Why do they need approvals from manager every month. If you guys have no money to even provide cabs to your employees then why do you call them to office. Their bus stop is also far away like at least provide some near stops. But this is so wrong. Previously i was in product based company and never faced this kind of situation. We are already spending on food so you want me to spend 10-12k on transport. I won’t go to office now till they resume it.

Correct bro even I am facing same I am heart patient can’t struggle for public transport and can’t afford private cab now on bench and in regular shift and my SMT is disabled. Don’t know how to cope with this totally frustrated.
