SMS from VAAHAN

Is anyone receiving multiple sms today (14th August) from

AX-VAAHAN-S
AD-VAAHAN-S
BZ-VAAHAN-G About updating mobile numbers through adhaar on their respective vehicles? I received this three times today in every half an hour, is it a scam? Any thoughts from anyone? Even though the message provides parivahan.gov.in , which seems the same govt site where we register our vehicle. But again receiving multiple messages makes me feel something is not right.

Though those 3 messags looks legit..Don't click and update any link. Even i received a whatsapp spam message with APK file from mParivaahan last sunday and now a days it's becoming very tough and scary to open these type of messages
