It will be a general interview based on your technical knowledge on the domain you are applying and achievement in past project...be prepare on stories to tell and followup questions on them and also they ask related to Accenture core values and soft skills in lighter note

What if I am not able to clear the interview

Usually it will be easy if your manager supports you and speaks to other managers.
If your manager doesn't support you give your best and make them believe you are having good talent all round areas the domain your working speak more about related technical experts you carry.
2 weeks before your bench period hr will try to formalise your exit process.
In Bench you can always get released in a week so update naukri and attend max interview you will get job somewhere in 45days duration

It will be a not so hard technical interview, generally testing the knowledge based on your skill for which you were hired. Then they provide feedback based on that performance which decides whether you're capable or not.
