Guys can someone explain me difference between casual and earned leaves?? And is there any document submission required if i need to take earned leave??

Have this query because i need to take two leaves soon and i have only one casual leave left but i have so manh earned leaves hence can i apply one casual and one earned?

Use earned leaves as the last option, as it gets encashed when you resign.

You get 6 casual leaves in a year and 1.5 earned leaves per month. So your first priority should be utilising casual leaves as well as carry forwarded earned leaves because they will lapse on 31st dec. Only approval is required from TL no document
