Trending @Cognizant; Small doubt
Hey all im on pdp right now and generally they say the swipe time in office should be 9+ hours all 5 days of week. I am attending 9+ hours all 5 days of week .Is it okay if for one day i attend only 6-7 hours ? Will i get any warning mails or be terminated if i do it?
Is the Cognizant management following everything as promised? Is having a personal life a crime?
Personal life is gone after joining Cognizant .. my career is over now because of it .. no project from one year nd my total experience is only 1.7 yrs.. i have to travel that day thats why i want to know if its possible for one day to attend just 6-7 hours .. or will i be terminated because of this
They don't listen any reason for this. If you worked 7 hours for any day in week then you can work extra two hours in week to compensate 9 hours policy. This is only for 1 or 2 hours only
You will not be terminated for simple reasons. Just drop an email looping your manager asking for an early swipe out with your concerned reason.
