I reached out to my manager regarding promotion and she said when the delivery manager is sharing slots, she will nominate me. Does anyone know how frequently these slots will be provided.
Oh no. I've completed 3.2 years in infy and I'm still a senior systems Engineer. I reached out to my manager and she said she will nominate me. The issue is my project is getting completed this month. Next month, I'll be on another project under another manager. I don't know what they will do.
I am here with 3 years and systems engineer till now. Every financial year the new project is given to me. Because projects gets closed. The new manager tell that they don't know my background and not nominated me for senior systems engineer. Will I get sse role ever. Please guide me if there is any way out. My hr says that tpu is less than 50 percent and so not eligible. What is tpu and how it's calculated I don't know.
Talk to leaders of your unit like delivery manager and explain the situation. I know it's hard. Else it's better we look for new jobs
