Trending @Cognizant; Slightly disappointed with my ratings

I’m a PAT and today I received a mail stating my Confirmation Appraisal has been evaluated. I’m assuming this is ratings that decide if we’re eligible for promotion. Manager rated me 3/5 in everything, and I’m slightly disappointed by this. Will this affect my promotion? I know that after a year PAT to PA transition is mandatory but with these ratings what can I expect the salary compensation to be? If anyone could shed some light on this it could be great

You can't expect more than 3, say 3 is the default. Even i got the same, when asked for clarifications, says that is evaluated by the higher officials and we cant do anything .
