SLE autoimmune disease

My mother recently diagnosed positive for U1RNP antibodies and Smith antibodies. We don't know anything about autoimmune disease until my mother got it. Currently she is very weak as she has protenuria since one month. started using omnacortil50mg since 2 days. I don't know what to do next as she is not getting better. her rhc,wbc count is very less. I want suggestions for the right treatment for this.

I would suggest to read about these rare conditions and visit at least 2 more great doctors of Tier 1 cities.

I truly believe few doctors are only trying to make money in the current situation. Always consider 2 opinions whenever you get diagnosed with something serious
