Slapped with a strict warning letter

I have been issued a strict warning letter today for not complying with wfo guidelines for the month of November. Did anyone else receive such letters and what would be the impact? It would be a termination or anything more?

That they dont want to jeopardise my career so they are giving me a final chance to be complaint. And to sign that letter as acknowledgment

Its completely based on what company wishes. If you are getting billing dollars from client, nothing will happen to you. Suppose you are on non billable/ redundant resource/ on bench, then they have full freedom to terminate you on any reason as they wish.
