Skillset for progress and work life balance

I am working as a senior consultant, with Deloitte. I am not happy here as I am not learning much. MY skillset of Angualr Java Full Stack Developer, is limiting me. I am really not sure where I should progress my career towards. I am a full stack developer but not updated or using with the latest in this area. I am a Aws certified as well, but not working much on the infrastructure side as well, also my present project is GCP based. I always gets confused in whats best for me. I know a bit of React as well. I know a bit of PYTHON. I have worked on ETL tools as well like Nifi and snaplogic. But still feel incomplete. I want to have work life balance, but keep learning and progressing myself. And with all this AI stuff going on, though I know the power of it and have attended mutiple seession on this. Still I feel incomplete as I am not using it. Can someone help guide me. I am taking average salary that is expected in any consulatnacy like tcs, accenture from a 9+years experienced employee.
