Skills required for switching for a fresher from TCS

Hi all, I am working in TCS for 1 year with CTC 3.5 LPA in a retail domain prod support project, I want to switch the company after completing 2 yrs here, please guide me what skills I need to acquire for getting a good package. In my current project ,I am working on Linux, Oracle SQL and WMS(Manhattan) application. I am not very good at coding.
