Skills in TCS # UPSKILLING
I personally don't think working in TCS is worth the current scenario where in the name of upskilling they are just giving training.
My account moved out and on the name of Aspirations just training and a weird smile on face making me realise that nothing won't happen here.
TCS EMPLOYEES - JACK OF ALL TRADES AND MASTER OF NONE.
agree 100%... having seen their face in 2015, and repeat of same things again in 2025 ... I not only have stopped believing in TCS and entire TATA group... if this is fate of employees of the most profitable company in the entire group (and profits in huge margins over the decades)... I now get the idea of what the situation might be in other Tata group cos... the mgmt is totally stale one.
TCS has wasted so much of my personal time in trying to complete Wings 2, MLT, etc ... all now going down the drain. The motive of these trainings is to get employees busy so that they do not focus on outside job opportunities and salaries. TCS has robbed employees of knowledge, salaries, and next opportunities. If one continues with tcs till retirement, be sure to beg outside their offices with such poor salaries.
