Skills for switch

I graduated from a Mechanical Background 🤓🛠️.

Currently working in Accenture as a Java Software Developer at a client site, I want to switch to a product based company.

My current project lacks excitement as it's too lenient for me, and I don't feel much pressure or stress despite it being completely development-based, except for dealing with some office politics and micromanagement, tbh I'm not even bothered with that petty stuff as it's common everywhere.

I currently have expertise in Java, i can rate myself maybe 6 or 7/10 in it. What additional skills should I acquire to unlock a vast array of opportunities? Or which can make me standout from others according to the market.

Help me get out of Accenture 🤡

Any tips! Like what's your tech stack and what you've learned how did you manage to land a pbc ?

Any tech stack is fine. Learned system design and OOP. LC of course. Then relentlessly looking for opportunities without giving up :)
