I was tagged into Skilling training program. 2-3 days before training got completed. I received mail for technical assessment that will be in the next week. Will they ask to resign after that assessment?

I heard that they are forcing to resign after the technical assessment, i am tagged into skilling my tmp is also blocked. How will i search for projects?
It is very strange that they blocked my tmp but they want us to get a project , how we will get project if tmp is not open?
