Skill up/ daily learn

I am working as a operations engineer like remediation of vulnerabilities working with Nessus vulnerability manager , my ask is I want to buddy up with any one and learn or skill up in AWS cloud operations , like what they do in day to day activities etc etc …can someone plz help me out.
