If your tagged to a skill tag as niche or premium then ... skill tag tagging has few criteria like production utilization should be minimum 85% and few other. And apart from this heard they perform tagging for the whole year in between March - April (clarify ) • And incentives if you ask it is given quarterly. So if one has completed skill tag in February will be given incentives in month of August somewhere as it takes a while in process of looping through Dm , Hr and approvals 😎
