Does anyone know about Skill Tag incentives for Niche / Premium SkillTags ?
Can somebody explain what is skill tag incentive?
To increase Digital Quotient (DQ) points, one can upskill themselves by learning new skills and gaining a skill tag like " DIGITAL INTERACTION PROFESSIONAL". All skill tags are classified into 'niche' and some other categories, based on which you get an incentive. This amount depends on the job level you have. And I think it is given on a quarterly basis. For example, my friend used to get 30k approx for a quarter for JL4B (Associate consultant).
Do you know which skill tag your friend had achieved ?
Correct me if I'm wrong, you'll get the incentive if you got the skill tag before April 2023 right? Because I completed one premium skill tag in May 2023 and they said that's the reason why you won't get the incentive.
