How to find a skill tag align with my unit and how to find it is premium? I'm JL4, after taking premium skill tag, do I get any incentive? Is there any other criteria?

You can find the same under learning and career . If you get a skill tag, you will eligible for quarterly incentive. To gain a skill tag, you need to get atleast 3 months work experience on the same skills.
