Earlier, the number of eligible employees was small, so they used to give skill tags to every eligible person. But gradually, everyone realized that if they cleared certain certifications especially niche ones, they would also receive the tag. With the help of dumps and AI tools, almost everyone now has skill tags. That’s the reason for the delay, and ultimately it will be scrapped, since they won’t be able to give ₹30–60k to every JL4 and JL5 employee every quarter.
This was discussed in the JL7 meeting, my JL6 coworker told me this.
Is it really they told. Are you yourself saying why we are getting this..
I just posted what is being discussed in management, and why I would say this by myself. I'm not even eligible to receive a skill tag incentive. Maybe they'll bring new criteria to filter out people, let's hope for the best.
Yes this is true,im sure 90% of skill tag holders cheated and used ai/dumps
