I completed the premium skill tag in May 2024, but I have not received the skill tag incentive yet. When I raised a ticket through AHD, I did not receive a proper response. When I connected with BPHR, they informed me that you will only be eligible for the skill tag incentive if you had a good rating in the previous cycle when you acquired the premium skill tag. Is that correct?
