Hi All,

I received the Skill Tag Incentive letter for the July–September quarter, and this is my first time getting this incentive. I wanted to understand how this works — is this incentive recurring for every quarter as long as the skill tag remains valid, or does it depend on some additional criteria?

For a FY, you will get the incentive every quarter in the month of same as we get variable pay.
For next FY, the eligibility criteria again will be shared and if again you're eligible then again for that FY you'll receive it every quarter.
