Is there any skill tag incentive for Cloud Professional premium tag for jl5 ?
Cloud Professional - AWS All are green and it's a premium skill tag.
Does it depends on ratings or dq score also ?
No, is this skill tag added in front of your name on teams? If Yes ... then wait for a while a mail will come from skill tag team adding your manager / DM in cc that you have completed this skill tag and eligible for incentives ... once this mail comes coming quarter you will receive incentives. Also I think the tagging happenings in between March - April for entire year .☺️
Yes it comes in teams also. But I know teammates with same skill tag not getting any incentive (but they are of jl4)
Cloud professional , which variant ?
Check in L&C , only variant with premium or niche we get skill tags incentives , Also your project also needs to be aligned to the same DSO /unit ..
Check the skill tag flow path , if you aligned to this skill then experience will be green ..
( Aspire, learn , Align ,experience ) All should be green tick ✅
Then only we get skill tag incentives .
