Trending @Infosys; Skill Tag Incentive

I have Niche skill tag. But i am not getting any incentive since i got the tag. I have checked with HR, she has told that whomever got the skill tag after april 2023, they are not eligible for incentive. Is it true and same for any of you?

Yes, I can confirm the same. It's not applicable post April 2023.

Any idea on why incentive is not applicable? I was thinking of getting API Professional skill tag. If there is no incentive then there is no reason to get the skill tag
