Trending @Infosys; Skill tag in DNA Unit
Hi, I moved to DNA unit in July. Previously I was in DX unit and had the skill tag of Digital Interaction Professional (Niche) for which I used to receive incentive. From last 2 quarters, I am not receiving skill tag. I raised AHD and they said because my TPU is less than 85% (as I was on bench for 1 month), I am not eligible. Now today I got a mail that the above skill tag is reclassified as Premium.
I have completed the skill tag Digital Consulting Professional also, which is in Niche category but I still can’t see it’s certificate and on my profile it still shows the old one as the primary skill tag. I completed all the certificates required for this skill tag. Is there anything else I need to do for it to become eligible for incentives?
Also as my previous skill tag turned Premium, does it mean I won’t be getting incentives?

When you move unit i think your eligibility for skill tag not relevant to the new unit might not be valid. Not sure if it also applies to skill tag acquired earlier..
Yeah, I thought the same so as soon as I moved to this unit, I acquired the relevant skill tag. But till now my TPU has not gone beyond 85% ( damage done by 1 month of bench period) due to which I am not getting any incentive
I don't think moving to New unit will stop your incentive. You will be continue to get incentive as long as it is tagged and showing in teams which is digital interaction in your case.
I think your incentive stopped only because of the TPU criteria.
