Please stop such post. We all are very frustrated with company policies. And then we have to re read it here that boils the blood more.

I just got fracture in my shoulder and had to put a good fight with stupid manager and HR for exception. In the end HR asked for scans reports and doctors certification even after that they sent it to TCS doctors my scans. Got exception finally for a month after doctors of TCS approved my scans reports

Where can I find this new policy in tcs system/ultimatix?

Supervisor is not approving the personal exigency.. no luxury if having it Do skilled ppl look forward to join tcs for these policies?

Yes with supervisor approval. But my GM account supervisor and above level are good people. They don't even allow us to work from home. They want to see us every day. That much love they are showing towards all the associates. If we have personal emergency of 1 or 2 hr and unable to commute to ofc, still able to work from home. They force us to take leave. While raising exceptions it's giving warning and not allowing submission...
