Situation I facing in TCS
I am working in tcs and I have tagged to Siemens account from last 2 months but till the date I haven't received any vdi and email I'd for client.Manager is forcing me to be in office for 9 hours but there is no any task for me I asked to manager even HR also involved in it.
Hr is supporting him only so I have resigned on 7 days back I haven't received any confirmation on it but manager is calling me on daily basis 9 hours in office.
Are they release me? If they release me from project what will be my notice ? Since I don't have any offer in hand I don't know if they release me from tcs suddenly what to do?
If ur in project you can serve 90 days notice petiod. But ur manager released to a HR /RMG then its ver very tough u serve 90 days they immediately released you from TCS max 1 week keep in mind. Stay in project for safe side.
If HR does that kind of thing then don't accept the end date, Ask them to give a notice period waive amount.
Otherwise go to the office roam and spend 90 days.
Then what is the problem you can go to office, right? That’s not a reason to resign.
