I joined in Oct 24, now rolled off from Shadow Lock and in hardlock in a project, but they haven't contacted me in a week. Do I need to worry? Do I need to text someone?

I joined back in October, now I am on bench. Not getting project calls, been following up with lots of people, already have 5-6 certifications and even doing trainings now.

I am at AM level, should I be worried?

What is the bench policy for lateral joiners at level 8?
