Singapore offer - 1.5Cr
Recently I got an offer of 1.5Cr for a contract based in Singapore. They would also sponsor visa but not relocation charges. I earn close to 1.2Cr in India including stocks bonus and everything. For the first year in Singapore they said no tax will be applicableā¦ Not just money wise(as India would win here) but considering all other factors like lifestyle is it worth considering the option?

Contract based not worth. Also 1.5Cr compared to ur current package is less. Singapore is very expensive

No certifications, 12 yoe, full stack
Singapore is very expensive. You can't own a car very soon. Although public transport is good. Then you are going on a contract which may or may not renew. Also, Singapore has a rule where any job listing in the country has to be posted on the national portal and only Singaporeans can apply on it. Only if there are no takers of it until certain weeks the job is outsourced as a contractual job abroad. So, you may not switch that easily in Singapore.
You shouldn't miss this opportunity.
